Tournament Update – Schedule Changes, Updated Field Map

We ask that all coaches review the schedule again to ensure you have the most up-to-date game times for your team.

Important Updates

  • Schedule Changes: Some game times have been adjusted. Please review the latest version of the schedule before traveling to the tournament.
  • Updated Field Map: An updated field map is attached and now includes Grass Field 2 in addition to the other playing fields.
  • Tournament Payment: If your team has an outstanding balance, full payment is due before your team's second game. Teams with unpaid balances may not be permitted to continue play until payment has been received.

Tournament Reminders

  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your first scheduled match.
  • Bring your completed roster and player passes (if applicable) for check-in.
  • Continue checking the schedule throughout the week, as additional updates may be made if necessary.

  • 7v7 Fields – West side of the complex
  • 11v11 Grass Field 1&2 – Adjacent to the 7v7 and Stadium fields
  • Turf Stadium – Wehrum Stadium
  • Concessions – Located near the turf stadium
  • Food Truck – Located near the 7v7 fields
